摘要
采用斜面剪切试验及拉拔试验研究了旧水泥路面表面最佳凿毛方式,优选了层间黏结材料,采用动态剪切试验,优选了薄层罩面的沥青,最后对比了薄层罩面沥青混合料的性能。结果表明:旧水泥路面表面刻槽对薄层罩面层间抗剪强度提升效果最优,最大可达0.92 MPa;水泥面板表面铣刨构造深度不均匀时,黏层沥青优先选择橡胶沥青,橡胶沥青抗拉强度可达0.73 MPa~0.8 MPa;从车辙因子、相位角、混合料性能方面比较,旧水泥路面薄层罩面优选材料排序为:橡胶改性沥青混合料>橡胶-SBS改性沥青混合料>Novabinder改性沥青混合料>SBS改性沥青混合料。
This paper used the inclined shear test and pull-out test to study the optimal roughening method of the old cement panel and select the interlayer bonding materials,used the dynamic shear test to optimize the asphalt for the thin overlay,and compared the performance of the thin overlay asphalt mixture.The results showed that cutting grooves at the old cement pavement had the optimal improvement effect on the shear resistance between thin overlays,and the maximum shear resistance reached 0.92 MPa.When the milling structural depth of the cement panel was uneven,the rubber asphalt was preferred for the bonding material for its tensile strength was 0.73 MPa‒0.80 MPa.In terms of the rutting factor,phase angle,and mixture properties,the order of the optimal thin overlay materials for the old cement pavement was rubber-modified asphalt mixture>rubber/SBS modified asphalt mixture>Novabinder-modified asphalt mixture>SBS-modified asphalt mixture.
