软弱土地基综合治理措施研究

Study on Comprehensive Treatment Measures for Weak Soil Foundation

软弱土地基是建设工程项目中常见的特殊地基,考虑因素不一导致治理方案各异、治理效果不同。以软弱土地基工程实例为基础,工后沉降、承载力、稳定性研究为要素,通过详细勘察、公式计算、工程对比、经验总结的综合分析,综合考虑安全、造价、工期、质量等多方面因素,对不同方案进行优缺点对比,进而选取最优治理措施。研究过程为类似针对软弱土地基制定可行高效治理措施提供思路与建议。

Weak soil foundation is a special type of foundation in construction projects,and it has different treatment methods and effects because of different considerations.Based on an engineering practice of the weak soil foundation,taking the post-construction settlement,bearing capacity,and stability as the factors,through the comprehensive analysis of the detailed survey,formula computing,engineering comparison,and experience summary,this paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes considering multiple factors such as safety,cost,construction period,and quality,to select the optimum treatment measure.The study process can provide ideas and suggestions to make feasible and efficient treatment measures for similar weak soil foundations.
