摘要
研究了浓度为5%、10%、15%、20%和25%的草酸、氨基磺酸、冰乙酸和盐酸溶液对隧道排水管结晶物溶解作用。并从不同种类不同浓度的酸对隧道排水管结晶物的溶解速度、溶解效率、使用安全性及环保性方面分析其在实际疏通隧道排水管的应用场景。因浓度为25%的盐酸对隧道排水管结晶物的溶解速度最快,所以其可用于应急抢险处置,可有效缩短封闭交通时间,减小因封闭交通带来的损失;草酸与隧道排水管结晶物反应物会附着在原有结晶物表面,形成一层致密的保护层,阻断草酸继续与结晶物反应,而氨基磺酸酸性较强,易对施工人员及设备带来安全隐患,施工难度较大,所以草酸和氨基磺酸在实际应用中不推荐使用;冰乙酸酸性较弱,对施工人员及设备影响较小,且具备较好的环保性,较高浓度的冰乙酸对隧道排水管结晶物的溶解速度较快,推荐其用于非紧急状况下的隧道排水管堵塞疏通技术。
In this paper,the dissolution effect of oxalic acid,sulfamic acid,glacial acetic acid,and hydrochloric acid solutions at concentrations of 5%,10%,15%,20%,and 25%on crystalline materials of tunnel drainage pipe was studied.In terms of the dissolution rate,dissolution efficiency,use safety,and environmental protection,the practical application scenes of acids with different types and concentrations in dissolving tunnel drainage pipes were analyzed.As the hydrochloric acid solution at concentrations of 25%had the fastest dissolution rate on the crystalline materials of tunnel drainage pipes,it can be used for emergency response,which can effectively shorten the closed traffic time and reduce the loss caused by the closed traffic.The reactant of oxalic acid to the crystalline material in the pipe would adhere to the surface of the original crystalline material,forming a dense protective layer to block the continuous reaction between oxalic acid and the crystalline material,while sulfamic acid was strong,threatening to the safety of constructors and equipment with difficult construction.So,oxalic acid and sulfamic acid were not recommended in practical applications.The weak acidity of glacial acetic acid had little influence on the safety of constructors and equipment,which had good environmental protection,and the glacial acetic acid solution at a relatively high concentration can dissolve the crystalline material quickly,which was recommended to be used in the dissolution technology of crystalline blockages in tunnel drainage pipes in non-emergency situations.
