山西省高速公路推广路域光伏产业的路径研究

Research on Path of Expressway Promoting Road Area Photovoltaic Industry in Shanxi Province

在高速公路路域范围内推广光伏产业是发展路域经济、盘活高速公路闲置资产、实现产业间良性互动的有效手段;以山西省为例,通过分析国内高速公路路域光伏产业的发展情况,同时结合山西省在发展路域光伏产业方面的资源优势,系统研究了山西省开展路域光伏产业的投资决策影响因素,并构建了相应的投资决策体系;最后,基于投资决策体系,提出了3种适合山西省省情的产业发展路径,并对其优劣势和适用性进行了研究总结,以期为省内开展高速公路路域光伏产业开发提供参考。

It is an effective means to promote the photovoltaic industry within expressway road areas to develop the expressway economy,revitalize the idle assets of the expressway,and realize the benign interaction between industries.Based on Shanxi Province,this paper analyzed the development of China's expressway road area photovoltaic industry.Combined with the resource endowment in Shanxi Province,this paper systematically studied the factors affecting investment decision-making in developing the photovoltaic industry and established a corresponding investment decision-making system.In accordance with this system,three industrial development paths suitable for Shanxi's situation were put forward,and their advantages,disadvantages,and applicability were summarized,providing a reference for developing the expressway photovoltaic industry in Shanxi Province.
