广东省基层医疗机构中医适宜技术应用现状与对策

Application of TCM appropriate technology in primary health institutions in Guangdong Province:Status quo and countermeasures

目的调查分析广东省基层医疗卫生机构中医适宜技术开展及应用情况,为基层医疗卫生机构应用中医适宜技术提高中医服务能力提供实践支持。方法向广东省不同地区的乡镇基层医疗卫生机构的医务人员发送电子问卷进行问卷调查,共631名来自不同基层医疗卫生机构的医务人员完成调查,采取Excel和SPSS等软件对问卷数据进行统计分析。结果广东省基层医疗卫生机构中医适宜技术的应用现状较好,但仍然遇到了基层群众对中医适宜技术的认知水平有限、基层医疗卫生机构医务人员文化水平相对较低、中医适宜技术医保配套政策不完备等问题。结论基层医疗卫生机构应用中医适宜技术需要深化改革和强化政策支持机制,包括深化中医适宜技术财政供给侧改革、建立中医适宜技术应用规范长效机制、强化基层中医适宜技术宣传引导和文化建设等。

Objective To explore and analyze the development and application of TCM appropriate technology in primary health institutions of Guangdong Province,and to provide practical support for improving TCM service ability by applying TCM appropriate technology in primary health institutions.Methods A total of 631 medical workers from different primary health institutions in Guangdong Province were surveyed by electronic questionnaires.The data were analyzed statistically by Excel and SPSS.Results The application status of TCM appropriate technology in primary health institutions of Guangdong Province was good,but there were still some problems,such as the limited public cognition level of TCM appropriate technology in primary health institutions,the relatively low education level of medical staff in primary health institutions,and the incomplete supporting policies for TCM appropriate technology in medical insurance.Conclusions It is necessary to deepen the reform and strengthen the policy support mechanism for the application of TCM appropriate technology in primary health institutions,including deepening the reform of the financial supply side of TCM appropriate technology,establishing a long-term mechanism of TCM appropriate technology application norm,and strengthening the publicity,guidance and cultural construction of TCM appropriate technology in primary health institutions.
