某院近三年中药饮片处方不合理用药情况分析

Analysis of Irrational Use of Chinese Medicinal Slices in a Hospital in Recent Three Years

目的 分析肃北县蒙医医院2019年3月-2022年2月中药饮片处方不合理用药情况,并探讨改善措施。方法 选取2019年3月-2022年2月由肃北县蒙医医院开具的1 200张中药饮片处方,根据相关标准分析并筛查不合理用药处方。结果 1 200张处方中,不规范处方占2.16%,不适宜处方占3.41%,超常处方占0.83%。结论 分析中药饮片处方的不合理用药情况能够明确不合理用药的原因,可采取制定点评细则、完善审核系统、制定管理制度及开具处方规定等措施,以改进用药情况。

Objective To analyze the irrational use of Chinese medicinal slices in Subei Mongolian Medical Hospital from March 2019 to February 2022 and explore improvement measures.Methods A total of 1200 Chinese medicinal prescriptions formulated by Subei Mongolian Medical Hospital from March 2019 to February 2022 were selected.The prescriptions were analyzed and screened for irrational use based on relevant standards.Results Among the 1200 prescriptions,2.16%were found to be non-standard prescriptions,3.41%were inappropriate prescriptions,and 0.83%were excessive prescriptions.Conclusion Analyzing the irrational use of Chinese medicinal prescriptions can help identify the reasons for irrational medications.Measures such as developing evaluation guidelines,improving the review system,establishing management regulations,and implementing prescription guidelines can be taken to improve medication practice.
