基于专利分析的产教融合型城市高校科技创新能力研究——以广西柳州高校为例

Research on Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability of Colleges and Universities in Industry-education Integrated Cities Based on Patent Analysis——Taking Liuzhou City of Guangxi as An Example

摘要 文章以2013年—2022年柳州高校专利数据为依据,从多个维度剖析了柳州高校科技创新能力整体情况,以及各自核心竞争力情况。结果显示,柳州高校专利成果数量快速增长,科技创新重点技术领域差异化发展格局已基本形成,有力推动了柳州科技创新发展,但专利的数量、质量、价值仍有很大提升空间,对部分重点发展产业科技创新支撑力度较弱。基于此,柳州高校应进一步优化布局,合理配置资源,建立更多的科技创新团队,形成更多科技创新小高地;政府和高校应继续加强专利成果管理,促进专利成果的产业化、知识资本化,推动知识产权成果就地转化。 Based on the patent data from colleges and universities in Liuzhou from 2013 to 2022,this paper analyzes the overall situation of scientific and technological innovation ability of Liuzhou colleges and universities and their core competitiveness from multiple dimensions.The results show that the number of patent achievements in Liuzhou colleges and universities has increased rapidly,which has effectively promoted the development of scientific and technological innovation in Liuzhou.However,there is still much room for improvement in the quantity,quality and value of patents,lacking disruptive technological inventions and major technological breakthroughs.Based on these issues,this paper points out that colleges and universities in Liuzhou should further optimize their layout,allocate resources reasonably,establish more scientific and technological innovation teams,and form more small highlands for scientific and technological innovation;and the government and colleges should continue to strengthen the management of patent achievements,promote the industrialization and knowledge capitalization of patent achievements,and promote the on-site transformation of intellectual property achievements.
