技工院校创新创业教育微生态模式的探索与实践——以广西机电技师学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Micro-ecological Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Technical Colleges——Taking Guangxi Mechanical and Electrical Technician College as an Example

结合技工院校学生创新创业的特点,广西机电技师学院实践探索出了依托学生专业社团构建创新创业微生态的模式。该模式围绕职业道德教育、职业技能提升、创新创业能力培养三大核心素养构建课程体系,对学生开展专业引导、社团培训、企业锻炼、项目驱动、竞赛检验、就业创业全闭环六部分教育,构建社团准确定位、企业资源导入、社团文化建设、师资校企混编、活动体系建设、社团科学评价六大保障体系,确保创新创业教育高质量可持续发展。该模式简单易行、直接有效,并取得突出成效,可为同行提供有益参考。

Based on the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship among students in technical colleges,Guangxi Mechanical and Electrical Technician College has explored a model of building an innovation and entrepreneurship micro ecosystem relying on student professional associations.This model builds a curriculum system around three core qualities:professional ethics education,professional skills improvement,and innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation.It carries out six parts of education for students,including professional guidance,community training,enterprise exercise,project driving,competition inspection,and full closed-loop employment and entrepreneurship.It builds six guarantee systems,including accurate positioning of associations,introduction of enterprise resources,community culture construction,mixed compilation of teachers,schools and enterprises,activity system construction,and scientific evaluation of associations,ensure high-quality and sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This model is simple,easy to implement,directly effective,and has achieved outstanding results,providing useful reference for peers.
