摘要 目的 探讨在线尿素清除指数(Kt/V)监测技术预警动静脉内瘘功能不良的临床研究。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年6月在我院行维持性血液透析(MHD)患者170例纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组(各85例),对照组实施常规彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)检查对患者内瘘功能进行评估,观察组在常规CDFI检查基础上采用OCM模块监测Kt/V值评估内瘘功能。观察两组患者动静脉内瘘功能不良情况比较。结果 MHD治疗期间,观察组静脉内瘘功能不良发生率16.47%低于对照组32.94%,(P<0.05);观察组Kt/V达标率、血液透析充分率均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 OCM模块监测Kt/V值能够及时、准确的识别动静脉内瘘功能不良,可以作为临床评价透析充分性的简便、可靠方法,且可以实时监测,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical study of online urea clearance index(Kt/V)monitoring technology in early warning of arteriovenous fistula dysfunction.Methods 170 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were included in the study.They were divided into the observation group and the control group(85 cases each)according to the random number table method.The control group performed routine color Doppler ultrasound(CDFI)examination to evaluate the patients'internal fistula function.The observation group used OCM module to monitor the Kt/V value on the basis of routine CDFI examination to evaluate the internal fistula function.To observe the poor function of arteriovenous fistula in the two groups.Results During MHD treatment,the incidence of venous fistula dysfunction in the observation group was 16.47%lower than that in the control group(32.94%,P<0.05);The Kt/V compliance rate and hemodialysis adequacy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion OCM module monitoring Kt/V value can timely and accurately identify the dysfunction of arteriovenous fistula,which can be used as a simple and reliable method for clinical evaluation of dialysis adequacy,and can be monitored in real time,which is worthy of promotion.
