摘要
目的 观察急诊脑梗死(CI)患者家属照顾负担现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法 选取2020年10月—2022年12月本院收治的78例急诊CI患者及家属进行研究,采用Zarit照顾负担量表(ZBI)评估家属照顾负担状况,并自拟一般资料调查问卷,经线性回归分析急诊CI患者家属照顾负担的相关影响因素。结果 78例急诊CI患者家属经评估,ZBI评分平均为(46.58±6.69)分。不同受教育程度、家庭月均收入、社会支持、心理弹性资料的患者家属ZBI评分比,有统计学差异(P<0.05);其他不同资料的患者家属ZBI评分比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经线性回归分析,结果显示,受教育程度为小学或初中、家庭月均收入<3000元、社会支持低水平、心理弹性较差均为家属照顾负担的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 急诊CI患者家属照顾负担处于中等水平,可能受家庭经济、社会支持、心理弹性及受教育程度等因素影响。
Objective To observe the care burden of family members of patients with emergency cerebral infarction(CI)and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods 78 cases of emergency CI patients and their family members admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to December 2022 were studied.Zarit Caregiving Burden Scale(ZBI)was used to assess the status of family members'caregiving burden.General data questionnaire was designed by ourselves,and the related influencing factors of family members'caregiving burden of emergency CI patients were analyzed by linear regression.Results The average ZBI score of 78 emergency CI patients was(46.58±6.69).There were statistical differences in ZBI score ratio among different education level,monthly family income,social support and mental resilience data(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ZBI score ratio of family members of patients with different data(P>0.05).Through linear regression analysis,the results showed that the education level of primary or junior high school,monthly income of family<3000 yuan,low level of social support,poor mental resilience were all influencing factors of family care burden(P<0.05).Conclusion The burden of care for family members of emergency CI patients is at a medium level,which may be affected by family economic support,social support,psychological resilience and education level.
