异甘草酸镁联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸对药物性肝损伤患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标的影响

摘要 目的 研究异甘草酸镁联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸对药物性肝损伤患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标的影响。方法 选择2019年1月~2022年12月我院收治的70例药物性肝损伤患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸,观察组联用异甘草酸镁。检测两组的肝功能、肝纤维化指标和炎症因子指标。结果 观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的肝功能指标如血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBil)和天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肝纤维化指标如血清三型前胶原N端肽(PC-III)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)以及四型胶原(IV-C)均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的炎症因子指标如血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和一氧化氮(NO)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体1(sTNFR1)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论 异甘草酸镁联用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸可以明显抑制药物性肝损伤患者炎症反应的过度激活,从而改善其肝功能和肝纤维化指标。 Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with adenosylmethionine succinate on liver function and liver fibrosis indicators in patients with drug-induced liver injury.Methods Selected 70 cases of patients with drug-induced liver injury from January 2019 to December 2022,divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with adenosylmethionine succinate,while the observation group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate.The liver function,liver fibrosis indicators,and inflammatory factor indicators were measured in both groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),total bilirubin(TBil)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and lower in observation group(P<0.05);After treatment,serum type III procollagen N-terminal peptide(PC-III),hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN)and type IV collagen(IV-C)were significantly decreased in 2 groups(P<0.05),and were lower in observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of osteopontin(OPN),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),macrophage migration inhibitor(MIF)and nitric oxide(NO)were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).Soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor 1(sTNFR1)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the change range was greater in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with adenosylmethionine succinate can significantly inhibit the excessive activation of inflammatory reactions in patients with drug-induced liver injury,thereby improving their liver function and liver fibrosis indicators.
