维吾尔族成人下颌第二磨牙牙根及根管形态的CBCT研究

摘要 目的:应用锥形束计算机断层扫描观察分析维吾尔族成人下颌第二磨牙牙根及根管形态。方法:筛选出符合纳入排除标准的585例患者的影像学资料,共825颗下颌第二磨牙,应用Galileos CBCT机及SIDEXIS Next Generation 2.4图像分析软件,分析维吾尔族成人下颌第二磨牙牙根及根管形态及其在性别,年龄间的差异及双侧对称性。结果:在825颗下颌第二磨牙中,男性404颗,女性421颗。双根型检出率最高为73.94%,其次为C形根型24.47%,男性双根型检出率高于女性(P<0.05),女性锥型融合根型检出率高于男性(P<0.05)。C形根型下颌第二磨牙根管形态在根管口处以C1型为主,在根中部和根尖部均以C3型为主,根尖部C4型检出率在性别及不同年龄段间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。双根型下颌第二磨牙的近中根根管形态以Ⅱ型为主占60.77%,其次为Ⅳ型19.17%和Ⅰ型13.22%,远中根以Ⅰ型为主,占92.72%,近中根及远中根根管形态在性别及不同年龄段间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双侧下颌第二磨牙牙根形态对称率为65%,根管形态对称率为59.71%,双侧下颌第二磨牙牙根及根管形态的对称性在性别及不同年龄段间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维吾尔族人群下颌第二磨牙牙根及根管形态复杂,具有一定种族差异性,且在性别和不同年龄段也存在一定差异。 Objective:To observe and analyze the root and root canal morphology of mandibular second molars in Uygur adults by cone beam computed tomography.Methods:A total of 825 mandibular second molars in 585 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.Galileos CBCT and SIDEXIS Next Generation 2.4 image analysis software were used to analyze the root and root canal morphology of Uygur adult mandibular second molars,and to analyze their differences in gender,age and bilateral symmetry.Results:Among the 825 mandibular second molars,404 were male and 421 were female.The highest detection rate of double root type was 73.94%,followed by C-shaped root type was 24.47%.The detection rate of double root type in males was higher than that in females(P<0.05),and the detection rate of conical fusion root type in females was higher than that in males(P<0.05).The root canal morphology of C-shaped mandibular second molars was mainly C1 type at the root canal orifice,and C3 type at the middle and apex of the root.The detection rate of C4 type in the apical area was statistically significantly different between differentgenders and age groups(P<0.01).The mesial root canal morphology of mandibular second molars with double roots was mainly type II(60.77%),followed by type IV(19.17%)and type I(13.22%).The root canal morphology of distal root was mainly type I(92.72%).The difference of mesial root and distal root canal morphology was statistically significant between genders and different age groups(P<0.05).The root symmetry rate of bilateral mandibular second molars was 65%,and the symmetry rate of root canal morphology was 59.71%.The symmetry of root and root canal morphology of bilateral mandibular second molars was statistically significant in gender and age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The root and root canal morphology of mandibular second molars in Uygur population is complex,with certain ethnic differences,and there are also some differences between differentgenders and age groups.
