浅谈口腔虚拟仿真实操训练系统的发展现状

Development of virtual simulation systems for pre-clinical dental skill training

熟练而精准的操作是口腔医学生必备的一项基本能力,也是口腔医学教学的关键内容。近年来,伴随着计算机技术的飞速发展,各种各样的智慧化口腔实践训练手段不断涌现并在口腔教学领域获得应用。从传统的仿真头颅模型,到数字化口腔模拟器,再到融合二者优点的交互式仿真头颅模型,智慧化教学手段的快速发展为口腔实践训练提供了全新的途径,同时也对教学工作人员提出了巨大挑战。如何合理使用口腔仿真训练系统,最大程度发挥不同系统的优势,进而提高教学效果是当前必须思考的重要问题。本文对口腔仿真实操训练系统的发展与应用现状进行综述,以期为口腔实践训练中智慧手段的推广与应用提供借鉴。

The ability to accurately perform dental procedures is a key competency for dental students.Therefore,practical preclinical training is central to undergraduate dental education.With the rapid development of computer science,various intelligent devices to facilitate dental education have been invented and gradually used.From conventional phantom head simulators to haptic-enhanced virtual reality simulators,and then to the latest interactive phantom simulators,various intelligent educational devices provide endless new possibilities for pre-clinical training of dental skills.However,at the same time,these new intelligent devices also pose new challenges for dental educators.In order to use preclinical simulation most effectively,educators should carefully think about how to integrate these devices into the design of dental curriculums.The purpose of the present review is to introduce the current development of simulators in dental skill training,and therefore enlighten the dental educators and promote the application of intelligent teaching devices.
