摘要
混凝土的收缩徐变会对混凝土构件产生重大影响,为正确评估混凝土的收缩徐变,采用数值模拟方法,通过实际工程案例建立三维桥梁模型,对混凝土收缩徐变产生的影响进行分析。研究结果表明:桥梁设计时应考虑混凝土的收缩徐变所带来的预抛高值变化,且应考虑桥梁在合拢后由静定结构转变为超静定结构过程中的内力突变影响以及对桥梁扰度的影响,应力测试时应将实际的测量值扣除混凝土收缩徐变的应变值,以保证得到更加精确的内力,保证施工的安全。
The concrete shrinkage and creep can have a significant impact on concrete components.In order to accurately evaluate the concrete shrinkage and creep,the numerical simulation methods are used to establish the three-dimensional bridge model through the actual engineering cases,and the impact of concrete shrinkage and creep is analyzed.The research results show that:the design of bridges should consider the changes of flip-height caused by the concrete shrinkage and creep,as well as the sudden changes in internal forces during the process of the bridge transitioning from a statically determinate structure to a statically indeterminate structure after closure and the impact on bridge stiffness.During stress testing,the actual measured values should be deducted from the strain values of concrete shrinkage and creep to ensure more accurate internal forces and construction safety.
