安阳市小南海泉域水资源保护对策

Countermeasures for water resources protection in Xiaonanhai Spring area of Anyang City

摘要 文章从小南海泉域泉涌量减少且存在污染隐患、水资源供需矛盾突出、生态环境日趋退化、水资源管理被动等方面,阐述了开展水资源保护的必要性,并提出了具体可行的对策,即严格落实水资源管理相关制度、完善工程建设、加强污水防治、构建智能监控管理体系,实施动态管理等,以期提升泉域水资源保护能力。 The necessity of carrying out water resource protection was expounded in terms of the reduction of spring inflow in the Xiaonanhai Spring Area and the existence of pollution hazards,prominent contradiction between water resource supply and demand,increasingly deteriorating ecological environment,and passive water resource management.Specific and feasible measures were proposed,including strict implementation of water resource management systems,improvement of engineering construction,strengthening sewage prevention and control,construction of intelligent monitoring and management systems,and implementation of dynamic management,in order to enhance the protection capacity of spring water resources.
