高校创新创业教育与劳动教育融合模式创新研究

Innovative Research on the Integration Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education with Labor Education in Higher Education Institutions

创新创业教育与劳动教育融合是高校创新创业型人才培养的必然要求,是解决高校人才培养“供给侧”与产业结构“需求侧”结构性矛盾的有力抓手,是培养创造性劳动者的关键。新时代,高校创新创业教育同劳动教育的融合符合其内在发展逻辑:围绕创新创业教育培育新时代劳动观、围绕劳动教育培育创新创业型人才。但融合中仍存在融合理念不统一、融合课程缺体系、融合师资难保障等问题。需建立创新创业教育与劳动教育融合的教育教学模式、实践训练模式、多维评价模式,为二者的深度融合提供优化策略,提升其融合育人效果。

The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with labor education is an inevitable requirement for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher education institutions.It is also a powerful approach to addressing the structural contradictions between the“supply-side”of talent cultivation in higher education and the“demand-side”of industrial structure.Furthermore,it is a key factor in cultivating creative workers for the future world of work and labor.In the new era,the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with labor education is in line with its inherent development logic:to cultivate a new era labor concept around innovation and entrepreneurship education,and to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents around labor education.However,there are still problems in the integration process,such as inconsistent integration concepts,incomplete integration curriculum,and insufficient integration of faculty.It is necessary to establish an integrated education and teaching model,a resource sharing model,a practical training model,and a multidimensional evaluation model to provide optimization strategies for the deep integration of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education.
