大学生劳动教育的方法论与多路径

The methodology and new path of college students’labor education

高校立德树人的根本任务包含大学生劳动教育内容,这是马克思主义人的全面发展理论必然要求,需要体现和落实在高校实施德智体美劳全面教育的必修课程中。基于习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论,顺应人才强国战略的时代需要,根据访谈在校大学生对劳动实践活动的参与和认识,结合调研企事业单位对入职大学生的社会能力期望,在多元内容、多种载体和多元路径方面展开研究和探索。坚持守正创新、人民至上、问题导向和系统观念的方法论提出劳动课程内容优化、激发主体自觉、设计导向性任务、丰富多样载体等有效路径,将劳动教育有机融入到人才培养的各个环节,切实为中国式现代化建设贡献高校育人育才的组织力量。

The fundamental task of cultivating morality in colleges and universities contains the content of labor education of college students,which is the inevitable requirement of the theory of comprehensive development of Marxist people,which needs to be reflected and implemented in the compulsory course of implementing the comprehensive education of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor in colleges and universities.Based on Xi Jinping’s world view and methodology of socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,in keeping with the needs of the era of the strategy of the talented and powerful countries,according to the interview college students participate in labor practice and understanding combined with the research enterprises and institutions of expectations of social capacity,in multiple content,a variety of carrier and multipath studies and exploration.Adhering to the methodology of innovation,putting the people first,problem orientation and systematic concept,the author proposes effective ways to optimize the content of labor courses,arouse the consciousness of subjects,design tasks of guidance quality and enrich diverse carriers,so as to integrate labor education organically into all aspects of personnel training and contribute effectively to the organizational strength of colleges and universities to nurture talents for Chinese modernization.
