本文以浦东新区某水厂生产废水处理系统为例,重点介绍生产废水处理规模确定原则以及排水排泥池、高效沉淀浓缩装置和污泥脱水设备的主要功能和设计要点,以期为类似项目选择合适的生产废水处理模式提供参考。

Taking the production wastewater treatment system of a water plant in Pudong New Area as an example,this paper focused on the principle of determining the scale of production wastewater treatment and the main functions and design key points of the drainage sludge tank,high-efficiency sedimentation and concentration device and sludge dewatering equipment,in order to provide reference for selecting suitable production wastewater treatment mode of similar projects.
