摘要
建立了毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工业丁二烯中微量杂质二聚物4-乙烯基环己烯和1,5-环辛二烯,抽提剂乙腈、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N-氮甲基吡咯烷酮的方法。实验结果表明,各组分的回收率在91.9%~104.2%之间,6次重复测定的相对标准偏差均小于9.04%,2种二聚物和3种抽提剂的检出限均小于1.0 mg/kg,所建立的方法定量结果准确可靠,检出限低,具有良好的精密度,满足工业上对1,3-丁二烯中微量二聚物和抽提剂杂质的分析需求。
A capillary column gas chromatography method for the determination of trace impurities dimer 4-vinylcyclohexene and 1,5-cycloctadiene,extractants acetonitrile,N,N-dimethylformamide and N-azomethylpyrrolidone in industrial butadiene was established.The results showed that the recoveries of each component ranged from 91.9%to 104.2%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 6 times were all less than 9.04%.The detection limits of 2 dimers and 3 extractants were all less than 1.0 mg/kg.The quantitative results of the established method were accurate and reliable,the detection limits were low,the precision was good,meeting the analysis requirements for trace dimer and extractant impurities in 1,3-butadiene.
