摘要
构建全民终身学习的学习型社会教育体系,函授学历继续教育的办学定位是必须面对的重要议题。将函授学历继续教育办学定位明确为应用型或职业技能型,符合该教育制度的设计初衷并与其制度价值较为吻合。在高等学校分类化发展背景下,研究型高等学校函授学历继续教育不应定位为研究型,而应定位为应用型或职业技能型,其他应用型和职业技能型高等学校函授学历继续教育的办学定位应与其整体办学定位相吻合。函授学历继续教育的提质创新必须从顶层设计层面不断完善办学定位。
Constructing a learning-oriented social education system for lifelong learning,the educational orientation of correspondence continuing education is an important issue that must be addressed.Clearly defining the educational orientation of correspondence continuing education as applied or vocational skill-oriented is in line with the original intention of this education system and is more compatible with its institutional values.In the context of the classified development of higher education institutions,research-oriented universities should not position their correspondence continuing education as research-oriented but rather as applied or vocational skill-oriented.The educational orientation of correspondence continuing education in other applied and vocational skill-oriented higher education institutions should align with their overall educational orientation.The improvement of the quality and innovation of correspondence continuing education must continuously enhance the educational orientation from a top-level design perspective.
