摘要
从产业链视角出发对装配式钢结构住宅进行风险评估与应用研究。首先,以WSR方法论为分析维度选取“产业发展环境、成本、信息技术、管理以及人员”五个方面风险影响因素建立风险评估指标体系;其次,利用区间层次分析法确定指标权重,并基于该权重结果构建灰色聚类分析法风险评估模型;最后,以甘肃省兰州新区保障性住房项目为例进行装配式钢结构住宅产业链风险评估,根据总体风险状态及评估结果搜寻产业链高风险影响因素,并提出相应对策以降低装配式钢结构住宅产业链风险。
From the perspective of industrial chain,the risk assessment and application research of prefabricated steel structure houses are carried out.Firstly,taking the WSR(Wuli-Shili-Renli)methodology as the analysis dimension,the risk influencing factors of"industrial development environment,cost,information technology,management and man"are selected to establish a risk assessment index system;Secondly,the index weight is determined by interval analytic hierarchy process,and a grey cluster analysis risk assessment model is constructed based on the weight result;Finally,taking the affordable housing project as an example in Lanzhou New District,Gansu Province,the risk assessment of the prefabricated steel structure residential industry chain is carried out,and the high-risk influencing factors of the industrial chain are searched according to the overall risk status and assessment results,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed to reduce the risk of the prefabricated steel structure residential industry chain.
