摘要
大运河京津冀段地处我国核心区域,运河沿线孕育了丰富的文化遗产。研究发现,京津冀大运河沿线体育非物质文化遗产传承存在人才短缺、文化传承受困,关注度低、宣传力度不足,管理受限、区域联动缺位,专项立法不乐观等困境。提出加大人才培养力度,维护传承人利益;利用新媒体影响力,发挥节日优势;成立专管部门,发挥整体优势;制定保护传承细则,确保落实到位等发展路径。
The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Grand Canal is located in the central China and it contains rich cultural heritage.This study discovers the problems of talent shortage,obstacles in cultural inheritance.low attention,insufficient propaganda,limited management,missing area connection and shortage in special legislation in intangible cultural heritage of sports along the Grand Canal..This paper proposes the idea of enhancing talent cultivation,protecting the interest of the inheritors,making full use of the influence of new media,taking advantages of holiday.establishing special department,taking the overall advantages.designing the protection law for inheritance and making sure the development path.
