国家级“非遗”红拳礼仪文化及技法在警务实战当中的应用研究

The Application of the Etiquette Cultureand Technique of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage,Hongquan,on the Police Practice

本文在公安机关人民警察执勤执法相关法律、规范和公安民警警务实战训练及应用的基础上,通过国家级非物质文化遗产红拳技法中的防患意识训练,达到文化对公安民警执法安全意识的培养;通过常用招法实战练习,培养民警警务实战防卫、自御、控制带离、警械应用等技能;以及提高警务实战战术素质,提出切实可行的研究和训练方向。

Based on the duty and law enforcement of the police,regulation,training and practice of police officers,this paper intends to cultivate the security awareness of police officers during the enforcement process through the prevention awareness training in national intangible culture heritage,hongquan.Through the field practice of the common moves,it cultivates the defense,prevention,control and application of weapons,and improves their strategy in police enforcement.Practical study and training are also proposed.
