Research on Promoting the High Quality Development of Heilongjiang Education through Digital Transformation of Education

为贯彻党在十九届五中全会提出的“十四五”期间“建设高质量教育体系”目标精神,黑龙江省委十二届八次全会提出建设“高质量教育体系”的目标。教育部在其2022年工作要点中提出实施教育数字化战略行动,作为加快教育高质量发展的战略举措,这为黑龙江省教育高质量发展指明了方向,赋予了能量。作为国家数字化建设和高质量教育体系的重要组成部分,黑龙江省教育要加快数字化转型,把高质量作为教育发展的行动自觉和内在追求,突破制约,推动黑龙江省教育向高质量迈进。

In order to implement the spirit of the goal of"building a high-quality education system"proposed by the Party at the fifth plenary session of the 19th central committee of the communist Party of China during the 14th five year plan period,the 8th plenary session of the 12th Heilongjiang Provincial Party committee proposed the goal of building a"high-quality education system".The ministry of education proposed the implementation of the digital education strategy action in its 2022 key work points,as a strategic measure to accelerate the high-quality development of education,which pointed out the direction and gave energy to the high-quality development of education in Heilongjiang province.As an important part of the national digital construction and high-quality education system,education in Heilongjiang province should accelerate the digital transformation,take high-quality education as the action consciousness and internal pursuit of education development,break through constraints,and promote education in Heilongjiang province to move towards high-quality.
