基于OBE理念的高校“公司治理”课程思政教学模式研究

摘要 OBE(成果导向教育)是一种先进的教育理念,已经成为很多国家教育改革的主流理念。在高校“公司治理”课程思政教学中,教师可借助OBE理念,以学生为中心,以结果为导向,对人才培养方案和培养过程进行反向设计,积极提高课程思政水平,提高学生的思想政治素养,促进学生高质量就业。文章在分析OBE理念内涵的基础上,阐述“公司治理”课程思政的意义及教学中存在的不足,重点探究基于OBE理念的高校“公司治理”课程思政具体教学模式,以此高质量落实立德树人根本任务。 OBE(Results Oriented Education)is an advanced educational concept that has become the mainstream concept of education reform in many countries.In the ideological and political education of the"corporate governance"course in universities,teachers can use the OBE concept,student-centered,and result oriented,to reverse design talent cultivation plans and processes,actively improve the ideological and political level of the course,enhance students'ideological and political literacy,and promote high-quality employment for students.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the OBE concept,the article elaborates on the significance of ideological and political education in the"corporate governance"course and the shortcomings in teaching.The focus is on exploring the specific teaching mode of ideological and political education in the"corporate governance"course in universities based on the OBE concept,in order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents with high quality.
