在人才培养中合理融入“工匠精神”,可以提高大学生的实践操作能力和职业道德素养,培养大学生的创新意识和创造能力,提升大学生的职业竞争力。加强“工匠精神”的培育,实现人才培养模式的创新和升级,成为高等教育发展的重要方向之一。高职院校应将“工匠精神”融入人才培养全过程,在教育教学、实习实训、校园文化、师资建设中体现“工匠精神”的培育,使学生成长为具备工匠精神、重知识、善技能、创新型的应用型人才。

Reasonably integrating the"craftsman spirit"into talent cultivation can improve the practical operation ability and professional ethics literacy of college students,cultivate their innovation awareness and creativity,and enhance their professional competitiveness.Strengthening the cultivation of"craftsmanship spirit"and achieving innovation and upgrading of talent cultivation models has become one of the important directions for the development of higher education.Higher vocational colleges should integrate the"craftsmanship spirit"into the entire process of talent cultivation,and reflect the cultivation of the"craftsmanship spirit"in education and teaching,internship and practical training,campus culture,and teacher construction,so that students can grow into applied talents with craftsmanship spirit,emphasis on knowledge,good skills,and innovation.
