“双减”背景下破解“教育内卷化”的策略研究

摘要 “教育内卷化”现象的成因主要是功利性思想作祟、评价标准过于单一、优质教育资源还不够均衡。而“双减”时代的“教育内卷化”会造成家长焦虑难寻纾困之道,以及义务教育不平衡、不公平的风险性增强。只有消除“分数综合征”式的评价数据,重塑舆论环境,转“状元”文化为“人尽其才”新文化,追求教育公平,避免教育结果均等化,才能有效破解“教育内卷化”问题,使学生真正减负,家长真正减压。 The main causes of the phenomenon of"internalization of education"are utilitarian thinking,excessively single evaluation standards,and insufficient balance of high-quality educational resources.In the era of"double reduction",the"internalization of education"will cause parents'anxiety and difficulty in finding solutions,as well as the increased risk of imbalanced and unfair compulsory education.Only by eliminating the"score syndrome"style evaluation data,reshaping the public opinion environment,transforming the"top scorer"culture into a new culture of"making the best of everyone",pursuing educational fairness,and avoiding equalization of educational outcomes,can the problem of"education internalization"be effectively solved,so that students can truly reduce their burden and parents can truly relieve pressure.
