摘要
思政教师能否适应职教本科人才培养目标、类型特色、教育对象特征,关系着是否能培养出德技双修的高层次复合型技术技能人才。但职教本科思政教师存在不同程度的不适应问题,主要表现在对职教本科认识不足、对职教本科学生适应性不足、专业能力有待提升等方面。要破解当前职教本科教师不适应的问题,需要契合职教本科学生特点、提升教师专业能力、凸显职业特色,提升思政课“温度”“深度”“效度”。
Whether ideological and political teachers can adapt to the training goals,types,and educational object characteristics of vocational education undergraduate talents is related to whether they can cultivate high-level composite technical skills talents with both moral and technical skills.However,vocational education undergraduate ideological and political teachers have varying degrees of maladaptation,mainly manifested in insufficient understanding of vocational education undergraduate students,insufficient adaptability to vocational education undergraduate students,and the inability to improve their majors.To solve the problem of current vocational education undergraduate teachers not adapting,it is necessary to adapt to the characteristics of vocational education undergraduate students,enhance teachers'professional abilities,highlight professional characteristics,and enhance the"temperature","depth",and"validity"of ideological and political courses.
