基于课程思政理念的高校“经济法”课程教学设计探研——以“公司法律制度”为例

摘要 高校专业课实施课程思政是专业课落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径。“经济法”课程是经济管理类专业的基础课程,开设对象范围广,教师在教学过程中实施课程思政能充分发挥出课程对学生的思想引导作用,有效实现教书育人。文章以“经济法”课程中的“公司法律制度”一章为例,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学过程、考核方式、教学效果等方面进行课程思政设计,以期为其余章节提供课程思政教学参考,为“经济法”课程思政建设提供新思路。 The implementation of ideological and political education in professional courses in universities is an effective way to implement the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation in professional courses.The"economic law"course is a basic course for economic management majors,offering a wide range of objects.The implementation of ideological and political courses by teachers in their teaching process can give full play to the ideological guidance role of the curriculum for students,and effectively achieve teaching and educating people.Taking the chapter of"company legal system"in the course of"economic law"as an example,this paper designs the curriculum from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching processes,assessment methods,teaching effects,etc.,with a view to providing reference for the ideological and political teaching of other chapters,and providing new ideas for the ideological and political construction of the course of"economic law".
