摘要
高校将中华优秀传统文化中的勤奋好学、积极进取,自强不息、锲而不舍,以仁待人、以德待人有机融入大学生心理健康教育,可以增强大学生的抗压能力,提高大学生的自我认识,提升大学生的心理素质。为了更好地将中华优秀传统文化融入大学生心理健康教育,学校要注重创新教育形式,统筹规划优秀传统文化教育及心理健康教育,教师要创新教育理念,整合优秀传统文化及心理健康教育,提高心理健康教育能力,充分发挥自身的榜样作用。同时积极与学生家长进行沟通,让家长通过良好的家庭教育对学生实施心理健康管理,并且还要引导学生进行实践活动,形成正确的认知。
Universities can organically integrate the diligent,studious,proactive,self-improvement,perseverance,benevolence,and morality in the excellent traditional Chinese culture into college students'mental health education,which can enhance their ability to withstand pressure,enhance their self-awareness,and enhance their psychological quality.In order to better integrate the excellent traditional Chinese culture into the mental health education of college students,schools should pay attention to innovative educational forms,coordinate and plan the education of excellent traditional culture and mental health.Teachers should innovate educational concepts,integrate excellent traditional culture and mental health education,enhance the ability of mental health education,and fully play their role as role models.At the same time,actively communicate with students'parents to enable them to implement mental health management for students through good family education,and also guide students to engage in practical activities to form correct cognition.
