大型管道跨越桥梁检测实践——以龙会集气干线巴河跨越桥梁为例

集输气管道跨越对于管道安全十分重要,跨越桥梁的安全性决定着跨越管段的生产运行安全,需要通过对跨越桥梁开展全面检测,掌握跨越的综合性能和安全可靠性。通过对龙集线大型悬索桥跨越结构特点进行分析,结合公路桥梁检测技术要求,采用先进的技术及仪器进行检测实践。检测结果表明:被检测跨越整体结构稳定、可靠,各部位综合性能均能满足安全生产运行要求;选择的技术是合理可行的,适用于大型管道跨越桥梁检测,其总结分析的检测应用情况可为下一步大型管道跨越的检测和管理提供有益参考。

The Spanning of gathering gas pipeline is very important for the pipeline safety,and the safety of crossing bridge decides the production operation safety of spanning pipe sections,so it is necessary to master the comprehensive property and safe reliability of pipe-line spanning by carrying out comprehensive inspection of crossing bridge.Through the analysis on the spanning structure characteristics of large suspension bridge on Longji line,advanced technology and instruments were adopted to conduct inspection practice combined with the testing technology requirements of highway bridges.The testing results show that the inspected crossing overall structure is stable and reliable,and comprehensive performance of each part can meet the requirements of safe production and operation.It is also shown that the above selected technology is rational and feasible,and suitable for the inspection of large pipeline crossing bridge.In a word,this inspection application in above analysis and summary can provide beneficial references for the future inspection and management of large pipeline spanning.
