智能气体流量计内置压力传感器检定台设计与应用

Design and Application on the Built-in Pressure Sensor Calibration Platform of Intelligent Gas Flowmeter

为规范、完善开展智能气体流量计的压力传感器检定项目,解决其内置压力传感器在后续检定过程中拆卸困难、易损坏等问题,以流量计整体检测为前提,分析现有典型临界流气体喷嘴流量标准装置在流量计检定过程中的功能缺失,提出了针对性的解决办法。研究结果表明:经过对智能气体流量计内置压力传感器检定需求的分析,克服其拆装繁琐、复原难度大等不足,原创性地提出了一种可实现气体流量计整体检测的智能气体流量计内置压力传感器检定台。该设计满足了现行标准对智能气体流量计内置压力传感器周期检定的要求,解决了内置传感器拆装繁琐、复原难度大等问题,实现了智能气体流量计内置压力传感器整体检测功能。

In order to standardize and improve the verification project of the pressure sensor of the intelligent gas flowmeter and solve the problems such as the difficulty in disassembly and easy damage of the built-in pressure sensor in the subsequent verification pro-cess,based on the overall detection of the flowmeter,this paper analyzes the functional deficiencies of the existing typical critical flow gas nozle flow standard device in the verification process of the flowmeter,and puts forward the targeted solutions.The research results show that through the analysis of the verification requirements of the built-in pressure sensor of the intelligent gas flowmeter,and by overcoming its cumbersome disassembly,recovery difficulty and other deficiencies,the researchers has originally proposed a verification platform of the built-in pressure sensor of the intelligent gas flowmeter,which can realize the overall detection of the gas flowmeter.This design meets the requirements of the current standard for the periodic verification of the built-in pressure sensor of the intelligent gas flowmeter,solves the problems like the complicated disassembly,the recovery dfficulty and other deficiency of the built-in pressure sensor and effectively realizes the overall detection function of the built-in pressure sensor of the intelligent gas flowmeter.
