大功率电机铁芯冷却油道的全域视觉检测研究

摘要 驱动电机良好的散热性能是其高效率运转的重要保障。为了解决一类新型大功率驱动电机铁芯冷却油道可能发生堵塞,人工目检困难且效率低的问题,提出一种卧式非接触自动化检测方法及其系统设计方案。针对铁芯冷却油道类型多、分布密的特点,以局部区域大幅面背光投影的方式一次性采集包含多个密集分布油道的高质量图像,再通过对铁芯动态旋转控制以获取整个产品的全域油道图像;提出一种冷却油道堵塞的量化判断模型,通过引入不合格检测禁区以简化图像处理的过程,实现对冷却油道贯通性的准确判断。该检测系统具有对铁芯冷却油道贯通性高效率检测的能力,并成功应用于某新能源汽车电机铁芯自动化生产线。 Good heat dissipation performance of drive motors is an important guarantee for its efficient operation.An automatic non-contact horizontal detection method and its corresponding system design scheme were proposed to solve the problem of the blockage of the core cooling oil channel in new high-power drive motors and visual inspection which is both cumbersome and inefficient.According to the characteristics of multiple types and dense distribution of core cooling oil channel,the system was able to collect high-quality images of multiple close-set oil channels at the same time by means of a large-format backlight projection in local areas.It can then obtain images for the whole oil channel of the product through dynamic rotation control of the core.In this paper,a quantitative judgment model for cooling oil channel blockages was proposed.This model simplified the image processing method by introducing an unqualified forbidden detection zone,enabling the system to accurately determine whether the cooling oil channel was free of blockages.The detection system has the ability of high efficiency detection of the core cooling oil passage,and the system has been successfully applied in automatic production lines for motor cores of new energy vehicles.
