摘要 为了满足对轮式起重机吊臂旁弯的高精度、实时、快速测量的需求,突破现有大型结构件变形测量方法的局限,基于GNSS-RTK定位技术开发了轮式起重机吊臂旁弯测量系统,通过对吊臂根部、基本臂头部、末节臂头部等3个点精准卫星定位,利用各点对水平地面投影围成的三角形,等效计算吊臂的旁弯量。在不同的吊臂载荷下进行了精度测试,试验结果表明:在50 m臂长时,该系统的测量误差约10 mm,验证了系统的准确性。 In order to meet the demand for high-precision,real-time and rapid measurement of the side bending of the crane boom,and break through the limitations of the existing deformation measurement methods for large structural parts,a side bending measurement system for the wheel crane boom was developed based on the GNSS-RTK.Through the accurate satellite positioning of three points including the root of the boom,the head of the basic boom and the head of the end boom,the triangle formed by the projection of each point on the horizontal ground was used to calculate the side bending of the boom.The test results show that the measurement error of the system is about 10 mm when the boom length is 50 m,which verifies the accuracy of the system.
