摘要
中国石油化工股分有限公司北京燕山分公司合成橡胶厂甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)合成装置原料为碳四组分和甲醇,碳四中的异丁烯与甲醇反应生成MTBE产品。碳四组分的来源主要为3个方面:一是炼油厂分馏装置的副产品碳四馏分;二是两套丁二烯抽提装置的副产品碳四馏分;三是丁基橡胶装置生产过程中未反应单体异丁烯。针对丁基装置原料精制塔异丁烯回收率偏低的问题,从工艺控制方案、设备升级改造、过程模拟等方面分析返MTBE合成装置原料中氯甲烷、异戊二烯含量高的原因,详细地进行了阐述,并且有针对性的实施验证,找到了原料精制塔波动的原因。
The raw material of MTBE(methyl tert-butyl ether)synthesis unit of the synthetic rubber plant of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Branch is C4 and methanol.Isobutene in C4 reacts with methanol to produce methyl tert-butyl ether(hereinafter referred to as MTBE)products.The sources of C4 components are mainly from three aspects:first,C4 fraction,a by-product of refinery fractionation unit;Second,C4 fraction,a by-product of two sets of butadiene extraction units;The third is the unreacted monomer isobutylene in the production process of butyl rubber unit.In view of the low isobutylene recovery rate of the raw material refining tower of the upstream unit,the reasons for the high content of methyl chloride and isoprene in the returned synthetic material were analyzed from the aspects of process control scheme,equipment upgrading and transformation,process simulation,etc.,and the reasons were described in detail,and targeted implementation verification was carried out.The reason for the fluctuation of raw material refining tower was found.
