摘要
在进行输气站场日常检维修冷工作业时,由于管线存在某种程度的应力,设备拆装时经常会出现法兰上下左右错位的情况。通过使用撬棍、枕木、千斤顶等撬、顶、别的方法进行找正安装时不仅费工费力,而且还存在一定的安全风险。因此,研制了一种便携式法兰错位调整器,经过施工现场尝试与实践,实现了简化操作、降低人工劳动强度,提高生产效率、保障作业安全的目的。
During the daily maintenance and cold work of gas transmission stations,due to some degree of stress in the pipeline,flange misalignment often occurs during equipment disassembly and assembly.Using crowbars,sleepers,jacks,and other methods to pry,top,or align and install not only requires labor and effort,but also poses certain safety risks.Therefore,a portable flange misalignment adjuster has been developed.Through trial and practice at the construction site,the purpose of simplifying operation,reducing labor intensity,improving production efficiency,and ensuring work safety has been achieved.
