随着海上石油和天然气勘探开发活动的日益活跃,石油公司会在曾经发生过军事冲突或战争的海域进行勘探开发,这些海域由于各种因素,往往存在着爆炸物或水雷等风险源,这为海上钻井平台在此类海域的航行、就位、插桩等作业造成了潜在的危险;如处理不当,可能会导致平台船体重大损毁或人员伤亡。本文以自升式钻井平台遇到的实际作业为例,阐述了在波斯湾海域的作业实践,其应用研究对海上钻井承包商提供了参考。

Because of high demand for oil and gas,Oil Company may conduct exploration activities at offshore fields there were occurrence of military war.Un-exploded ordinance or mines probably exists in these fields as high hazardous factors and potential risk for jackup rig sailing,positioning or leg penetration involved operations.In case of improper handling,may cause huge loss for rig property and people safety.This text based on actual practice as example to demonstrate related solutions to deal with such case,and provide valued reference for drilling contractor.
