深水轻型修井过油管冲砂技术研究

摘要 对于我国深水油气田开发,采用钻井船进行深水修井作业成本高,逐步发展利用多功能工程船和修井隔水管、不需起下生产管柱的轻型修井技术是大势所趋。过油管连续油管冲砂解堵是一种典型的不动管柱轻型修井技术,为实现深水气田水下生产系统轻型修井冲砂作业,通过设计和选用不同的冲砂配套工具,形成过油管正循环冲砂和过油管局部反循环两种工艺管柱,为我国南海深水轻型修井井筒技术发展提供支持。 The use of drilling rigs for deep water workover operations is costly with the development of deep water oil and gas fields in China.It is a general trend to gradually develop light workover technologies that utilize multi-functional engineering ships and workover risers,and do not need to get up and down the production string.The coiled tubing sand washing through tubing is a typical fixed string light workover technology.In order to complete sand washing operation of the underwater production system in deep water gas fields,through the design and selection of different sand washing tools,two process strings are formed including through-tubing positive circulation sand washing and through-tubing local reverse circulation,which can support the development of deep water light workover technology in the South China Sea.
