摘要
介绍了浆态床渣油加氢技术及其特点。以产品回收单元及常压塔部分工艺流程为研究背景,探讨了常压塔的管口方位及降液板的布置,并对常压塔的管道布置优化进行说明,以满足工艺条件、配管及应力的要求。对塔梯子平台的布置及设计中的注意事项进行了说明。
This paper introduces the characteristics of slurry bed residue hydrocracking process.Taking the process flow of product recovery unit and atmospheric column as the research background,this paper discusses the nozzle orientation of atmospheric column and the arrangement of downcomers,and introduces the piping layout optimization of atmospheric column,so as to meet the process conditions,piping requirements and stress calculation.The matters that need attention in the layout and design of tower ladders and platforms are introduced.
