摘要
本设计采用结构化系统开发方法,详细分析了石化工程项目文档编码管理所面临的问题、应用需求及系统功能等。根据系统分析的结果提出了系统逻辑模型,完成了文档编码结构和规则设计、数据库设计、界面设计和系统实施。本设计的最终成果是建立了一套标准化的石化工程项目文档编码结构和规则,能适用于常规石化工程项目的文档管理;并开发完成了相应的文档编码管理信息系统,实现了文档编码的自动化处理。
This design uses the structured system development method,and analyzes in detail the problems faced by document encoding management in petrochemical engineering projects,the application requirements and the system functions.Based on the results of system analysis,a system logic model is put forward.The design of document encoding structure and rules,database design,interface design and system implementation are completed.The final results of this design is to establish a set of standardized document encoding structure and rules for petrochemical engineering projects,which can be used in the document management of conventional petrochemical engineering projects.The corresponding document encoding management information systems are developed,achieving automated document encoding.
