玻璃钢化生产线风机节能改造与升级

摘要 本文阐述了建筑平板玻璃钢化炉用风机、光伏玻璃连续钢化炉用风机、弯钢玻璃钢化炉用风机节能增效技术方案,又详细描述了通用风机、高温风机、风路系统节能原则及技术手段。通过相关数据对比分析得出采用高效风机是节能增效最有效的方式,三元流高效离心风机是未来节能改造与升级的发展方向。 This article elaborates on the energy-saving and efficiency enhancing technical solutions for fans used in building flat glass tempering furnaces,photovoltaic glass continuous tempering furnaces,and bent steel glass tempering furnaces.It also provides a detailed description of the energy-saving principles and technical means for general fans,high-temperature fans,and air duct systems.Through comparative analysis of relevant data,it is concluded that the use of high-efficiency fans is the most effective way to save energy and increase efficiency,and the development direction of future energy-saving transformation and upgrading is the three-dimensional flow high-efficiency centrifugal fan.
