水泥混凝土路肩机械化施工控制与应用

摘要 依托G312线七墩至瓜州一级公路水泥混凝土路肩实体工程,通过采用自卸车改装的碎石布料装置、装载机加装的碎石定型整修装置、拖拉机牵引的碎石夯实装置及滑模摊铺机联合组成机械化施工作业梯队,提出了既有施工机械改装方案、路肩施工工艺流程、施工操作要点及质量控制标准;通过工程实践表明:与传统人工施工相比,可节约工期85%,节约施工成本38%以上;实现了机械化施工、精准控制、一次性成型,不仅大幅提升施工效率、减少材料浪费与施工污染,而且全面提升了水泥混凝土路肩内在及外观质量,具有较好的提质增效与推广应用价值。 Relying on the cement concrete shoulder entity project of G312 Qidun to Guazhou first-level highway,the mechanized construction echelon formed by adopting dump truck modified gravel fabrication device,loader retrofitted gravel shaping and repairing device,tractor-drawn gravel tamping device and slipform paver,put forward the existing construction machinery modification program,shoulder construction process,construction operation elements and quality control standards;The engineering practice shows that compared with the traditional manual construction,the construction period can be saved by 85%and the construction cost can be saved by more than 38%.It has realized mechanized construction,precise control and one-time molding,which not only greatly improves construction efficiency,reduces material waste and construction pollution,but also comprehensively improves the internal and external quality of cement concrete shoulder,which has good quality and efficiency improvement and promotion and application value.
