摘要
连续钢构桥上部结构施工中,由于材料、施工等原因导致已完箱梁混凝土强度不满足设计要求,经研究需要部分拆除重建。在拆除过程中,由于箱梁结构复杂,拆除时既不能破坏下部结构工程,又要保证拆除过程的顺利,施工技术难度大、施工风险高。本文通过已完工程案例,结合现场实际情况,研究了桥梁已完箱梁拆除施工技术,为今后桥梁施工中解决类似问题提供有力的参考。
During the construction of the upper structure of a continuous steel frame bridge,due to reasons such as materials and construction,the concrete strength of the completed box girder did not meet the design requirements.After research,it was necessary to partially dismantle and rebuild it.During the demolition process,due to the complex structure of the box girder,it is not possible to damage the lower structure engineering during the demolition process,but also to ensure the smooth progress of the demolition process.The construction technology is difficult and the construction risk is high.This article studies the demolition construction technology of completed bridge box girders through completed engineering cases and combined with the actual situation on site,providing strong reference for solving similar problems in future bridge construction.
