摘要 混凝土墙是水利工程防渗系统施工中尤为重要的组成部分,其会在地基的位置使用钻孔等多种形式,构成槽段进行混凝土浇筑,从而建立地下连续墙结构。混凝土防渗墙的构建不但会使得其项目的地基稳定性变强,同时其也是水利工程可以安全稳定运行的重要支撑条件。塑性混凝土带有柔性的特点,其会将膨润土以及粘土等多类材料添加至其中,其材质最初的弹性模量值会处于100至1000MPa的数值范围,受到荷载作用力等的影响,可以始终和土体的变形维持一致的状态,避免其形成结合面分离等的问题。本文以水库工程中塑性混凝土防渗墙施工技术展开探究,以我国某一工程为例,分析其项目在施工阶段所遇到的各类问题,掌握塑性混凝土防渗墙施工技术的应用要点,做好各项前期准备等多项工作,提出有效的质量控制有效措施,以期打造高质量的水库工程项目。 Concrete walls are a particularly important component in the construction of anti-seepage systems in water conservancy projects.They use various forms such as drilling holes at the foundation to form grooves for concrete pouring,thereby establishing an underground continuous wall structure.The construction of concrete anti-seepage walls not only enhances the foundation stability of the project,but also serves as an important support condition for the safe and stable operation of hydraulic engineering.Plastic concrete has the characteristic of flexibility,adding various materials such as bentonite and clay to it.The initial elastic modulus value of the material will be in the range of 100 to 1000MPa,and under the influence of load forces,it can always maintain a consistent state with the deformation of the soil,avoiding problems such as separation of the joint surface.This article explores the construction technology of plastic concrete anti-seepage walls in reservoir engineering.Taking a certain project in China as an example,it analyzes various problems encountered during the construction phase of the project,grasps the application points of plastic concrete anti-seepage wall construction technology,completes various preliminary preparations,and proposes effective quality control measures to create high-quality reservoir engineering projects.
