摘要
为在实际路面工程中合理选择纤维种类,本文将木质素纤维、聚酯纤维、玄武岩纤维加入沥青及混合料中并对其性能进行研究。通过测试不同种类纤维沥青胶浆的流变性能、抗剪性能、抗裂性能以及纤维沥青混合料的高、低温性能,抗反射裂缝性能、水稳定性等指标,结果表明:纤维的添加可以改善沥青胶浆及沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性以及抗反射裂缝性能,其中,聚酯纤维在低温性能、抗反射裂缝性能方面优于木质素纤维和玄武岩纤维,而玄武岩纤维在高温性能、力学性能方面优于聚酯纤维和木质素纤维,因此,可根据路面工程实际服役环境优选纤维或考虑纤维混掺等措施。
In order to select fiber types reasonably in actual pavement engineering,lignin fiber,polyester fiber and basalt fiber are added into asphalt and mixture and their properties are studied.By testing the rheological properties,shear properties,crack resistance of different kinds of fiber asphalt mortar,the high and low temperature properties of fiber asphalt mixture,anti-reflective crack properties,water stability and other indicators show that the addition of fiber can improve the high temperature properties,low temperature properties,water stability and anti-reflective crack properties of asphalt mortar and asphalt mixture,among which,polyester fiber is better than lignin fiber and basalt fiber in low temperature and anti-reflective crack performance,while basalt fiber is better than polyester fiber and lignin fiber in high temperature and mechanical properties.Therefore,fiber can be selected according to the actual situation of pavement engineering or fiber mixing measures.
