特殊状况下连续梁桥钢挂篮的受力性能分析

摘要 为降低连续梁桥分段施工中特殊状况对钢挂篮的受力影响,依托徒骇河桥工程,采用有限元软件MIDAS分析钢挂篮在不平衡浇筑、钢吊带突发断裂等状况下的受力情况,判断不同状况下钢挂篮的安全性,并将有限元分析结果与实测应力监控结果对比,验证有限元分析结果的可靠性。结果表明:不平衡浇筑状况下钢挂篮各构件的应力及变形均在允许范围内;钢挂篮前后钢吊带断裂状况下,钢挂篮各构件应力保持在许用应力范围内;风撑部位钢吊带断裂状况下钢挂篮整体发生破坏;有限元分析结果与实测结果的平均偏差为10.3%,钢挂篮整体性能较好,施工中各构件应力及变形均满足设计及规范要求。 In order to reduce the stress impact of special conditions on the steel hanging basket in the segmental construction of continuous beam bridge,relying on Tuhai River Bridge Project,the stress condition of the steel hanging basket is analyzed with the finite element software MIDAS under the conditions of unbalanced pouring and sudden fracture of the steel sling.The safety of the steel hanging basket under different conditions is judged,and the finite element analysis results are compared with the measured stress monitoring results to verify the reliability of the finite element analysis results.The results show that:The stress and deformation of each component of the steel hanging basket are within the allowable range under the unbalanced pouring condition;The stress of each component of the steel hanging basket is kept within the allowable stress rang under the condition that the front and rear steel suspenders of the steel hanging basket are broken;The whole steel hanging basket is damaged when the steel sling at the wind support is broken;The average deviation between the finite element analysis results and the measured results is 10.3%;The overall performance of the steel hanging basket is good,and the stress and deformation of each component in the construction meets the design and specification requirements.
