摘要
柳兰是多年生草本植物,在世界多地均有分布,且药用历史悠久。现代研究手段如GC-MS、UPLC-DAD-MS/MS、荧光定量法等分析结果表明,柳兰中生物活性成分主要有多酚类化合物、酚酸类和黄酮类物质、亲脂类化合物如脂肪酸和萜类等物质。药理研究结果表明,柳兰提取物具有抑制细菌和真菌生长、抗氧化和老化、抑制细胞增生及伤口愈合等多种药理作用。对近年来柳兰的相关研究文献进行归纳总结,以期为柳兰的进一步开发利用提供理论参考。
Epilobium angustifolium L.is a perennial herb,which is distributed in many parts of the world,and has a long medicinal history.Modern research methods such as GC-MS,UPLC-DAD-MS/MS and fluorescence quantitative analysis showed that the main bioactive components were polyphenols,phenolic acids and flavonoids,lipophilic compounds such as fatty acids and terpenes.Pharmacological studies have shown that the extract has many pharmacological effects,such as inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fungi,antioxidation and aging,inhibiting cell proliferation and wound healing.In order to provide theoretical reference for the further development and utilization of Epilobium angustifolium L.,this paper summarizes the relevant research literature of Epilobium angustifolium L.in recent years.
