耕地质量提升与固碳减排多目标协同的绿色低碳农业发展路径研究 被引量:2

摘要 保障国家粮食安全和固碳减排是当前我国社会高质量发展的重要热点问题,也是我国实现可持续发展的两个重要战略目标。发展绿色低碳农业已成为当前低碳经济格局下的必由之路。由于绿色低碳农业是一个涉及诸多方面的系统概念,很难用一个单项指标全面、客观地衡量,故此对绿色低碳农业总目标进行拆分,系统研究绿色低碳农业的科学内涵,深入探讨发展耕地质量提升与固碳减排多目标协同的绿色低碳农业的重要意义,分析目前开展工作的阻力,最后提出发展耕地质量提升与固碳减排多目标协同的绿色低碳农业的发展路径,推进我国耕地系统向绿色低碳现代农业发展,助力我国早日实现粮食可持续增产与有效碳减排的双赢局面。 Ensuring national food security and carbon sequesstration and emission reduction is an important focus of high quality social development and two important strategic goals of sustainable development.Developing green and low-carbon agriculture has become the only way in the current low-carbon economy.As green and low-carbon agriculture is a systematic concept involving many aspects,it is difficult to use a single index to measure comprehensively and objectively,the overall goal of green and low-carbon agriculture is divided in this paper.The scientific connotation of green and low-carbon agriculture is systematically studied.The significance of developing green and low-carbon agriculture with multi-objective coordination of improving the quality of cultivated land and carbon sequestration and emission reduction is further explored.Finally,it puts forward the development path of green and low-carbon agriculture,which is coordinated by improving the quality of cultivated land and carbon sequestration and emission reduction,promotes the development of arable land system to green and low-carbon modern agriculture,helps our country to realize the sustainable increase in grain production and effective carbon emission reduction as soon as possible.
