摘要 为提高温差发电系统的热电转换效率设计了一款基于STM32F103C8T6芯片的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制系统。通过对热电系统输出电压、电流的实时检测,改变脉宽调制波(PWM)的占空比,经驱动电路进行功率放大后输入升压斩波电路,用于控制电路中MOS开关管的关断,达到改变输出电压和功率的目的。通过对控制电路的仿真和优化,确定器件类型和参数,制作了MPPT控制器。将该控制器连接到热电实验系统,可准确测量热电片输出的电压和电流,通过占空比的调整改变热电系统的输出电压。该控制器的设计为后续控制器控制算法的设计提供了坚实的硬件基础。 An MPPT control system of thermoelectric generator,based on STM32F103C8T6 chip,was designed to enhance the generator's conversion efficiency.After been amplified by power amplifier circuit,a PWM with variable duty ratio determined by output voltage and current of a thermoelectric generator was introduced to the boost circuit,to control the MOSFET's on or off,and then the output voltage and power of the generator would be altered.Next,we set electronic component types and parameters on the basis of simulation and reasonable optimization of designed circuit,MPPT(maximum power point tracking) controller was then made.When been connected to a thermoelectric generator,the controller could measure output current and voltage of the generator accurately and also adjust output voltage by the change of PWM duty ratio,which provided a solid hardware basis for subsequent research of MPPT algorithm.
