以航空航天典型部件应用需求为牵引电镀工艺虚拟仿真实验教学改革的设计与实践

摘要 以航空航天领域电镀关键技术和典型应用为牵引,设计开发了“四层次”实验教学体系。通过一套虚拟仿真系统,两个教学环节(知识学习、实验操作),三个典型部件(空间站导电滚环柔性环、航空发动机柱塞滑靴体、火箭发动机尾喷管收扩段),四个电镀工艺要素(基材前处理-镀液配制-工艺优化-镀层评价)的全过程仿真再现,破解了电镀工艺实验污染严重、镀层沉积过程不可见、镀层测试设备成本高、全过程教学周期长等实验教学难题,实现对学生理解应用知识能力、分析解决问题能力、设计优化工艺能力,以及逻辑推演和创新思维能力的系统培养,成功地将服务国家需求的价值取向融入实验教学的全过程。 Taking the key electroplating technologies and typical applications in the aerospace field as the traction,a“four-level”experimental teaching system is designed and developed.The system contains a set of virtual system,two teaching links(knowledge learning,experimental operation),three typical components(space station conductive rolling ring flexible ring,aero engine plunger shoe body,rocket engine tail nozzle retraction and expansion section)and four electroplating process elements(substrate pretreatment-plating solution configuration-process optimization-coating evaluation).The process of simulation and reproduction solves the experimental teaching problems such as serious pollution in electroplating process experiments,invisible coating deposition process,high cost of coating testing equipment and long teaching cycle in the whole process.It realizes the systematic training of students’ability to understand and apply knowledge,analyze and solve problems,design and optimize technology,as well as logical deduction and innovative thinking,and integrates the value orientation of serving the needs of the country into the whole process of experimental teaching.
